FORS Policy Templates

The P-FORS Policies download is a zip file of the policies written for operators working to FORS (the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme), each in editable Word, together with the company policies the FORS policies and manual refer to.

Each policy has Approved By, Date Approved and Review Date fields and carries a Public information classification, so it can be approved, issued to drivers and staff, and provided to clients and auditors.

Using the Policies

Edit each policy to match your own vehicles, operations and named champions, approve it, set the review date and issue it to drivers and staff. Drivers can confirm they have read the policies that apply to them on the F-FORS1 Driver FORS Declaration.

Document Control

Each footer carries the policy number and title, the issue number, page numbering and the information classification, Public, so the policies can be controlled with the rest of your FORS documents.
